The Delhi High Court has declared the results of the Stage-I Preliminary Examination (Computer Based Test) for the Junior Judicial Assistant (JJA)/Restorer recruitment 2026. The examination was conducted on March 22, 2026, and candidates can now check their results through the official link released by the court.The recruitment notification for the examination was released on January 31, 2026. The application process began on February 4 and concluded on February 23, with a correction window provided on March 1, 2026.According to the official notice issued by the Examination Branch (Non-Judicial), a total of 26,226 candidates appeared for the examination, while 9,573 remained absent. Following the evaluation process, 2,343 candidates have been shortlisted to move to the next stage of the recruitment process.Candidates who have qualified in the preliminary examination are now eligible to appear for the next stage. Further details regarding the mains examination schedule are expected to be announced soon on the official website.

Delhi High Court JJA: Recruitment process
The recruitment drive aims to fill 152 vacancies across categories. Out of these, 62 posts are for General category candidates, 12 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), 44 for Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL), 20 for Scheduled Castes (SC), and 14 for Scheduled Tribes (ST). Additionally, 10 posts are reserved horizontally for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).The selection process for the JJA recruitment involves multiple stages, including the mains examination, English typing test, interview, document verification, and medical examination. Only those candidates who qualify each stage will proceed further in the recruitment process.
